THE NAUGHTY BUT NICE
Crispy chicken thighs in a warm spicy chilli and whiskey honey, candied bacon, stacked in sliced doughnuts with cinnamon sugar coated fries

CHILLI, WHISKEY, HONEY SAUCE
1ltr honey
2 whole red chilli

2 x shots whiskey
- Warm honey and whiskey with chilli's sliced
3/4 of the way through to infuse.

CINNAMON FRIES
200g castor sugar
60g cinnamon
- Mix together and sprinkle.

BUILD
Fry chicken until 75c.
Take out of oil and drain.
Season slightly and coat in honey mix.
Crisp bacon on grill with a little honey.
Stack chicken on top of doughnut then add bacon and doughnut lid.
Take portion of fries and season with the cinnamon sugar.
