BRUNCH PREP
BOSTON BEANS
1 x 415g tin Heinz baked beans
15g chipotle paste (around 1tbsp)
15g black treacle
1 white onion
Saute the onions with the chipotle and treacle for 10-15min on a medium heat until well sweated down.
Add the beans and combine well.
SMASHED AVOCADO
1 avocado
10g coriander
1/4 fresh lime
salt and pepper to taste
Smash all ingredients together ensuring that the mix stays chunky.
