BUTTERSCOTCH DOUGHNUT SANDWICH

1 Doughnut

1 scoop madagascan vanilla gelato

1 scoop sea salted caramel gelato

Chopped Nuts

Cut the doughnut in half lengthways. Scoops the 2 scoops of ice cream into the centre and smooth off with a pallet knife. Roll the doughnut in chopped nuts and serve as pictured.
