HICKORY BBQ BABY BACK RIBS

INGREDIENTS:

Mustard

One cup redfish & mesquite bbq seasoning

Tablespoon onion and garlic

Half a cup of brown sugar

Score the Ribs first - Add mustard, then dry rub.

Oven 250 - 1.5 hours - Check if tender, unwrap let air dry, cover with bbq.

Put back in oven for 30 minutes more.

REHEATING

Unwrap - place on tray brush with bbq and put in to oven

Finish with 2nd layer of bbq than sriracha mayo, green onion, crispy onion

Serve with slaw, fries & half a lime
