BRISKET MAC āNā CHEESE
11oz- Rigatoni
8oz - Brisket gravy
4oz - Brisket
0.6oz - pecorino
1 TBL - Parsley
1 - garlic toast
Get your garlic toast in the oven.
Heat your sauce in a pan while heating your rigatoni in your boiling water. Make sure to strain off water from the pasta before adding to the sauce. Add in your brisket and garnish with parsley and pecorino. Plate up into a bowl and garnish once more with parsley and freshly grated parmesan.
Serve garlic toast cut at the angle on the side.
