CHICKEN, BACON & AVO SOURDOUGH SANDWICH

1 - Ciabatta toasted in caesar dressing

0.6oz - Arugula seasoned with caesar dressing

1/4 - sliced avocado

1 - Butterflied chicken breast

2 - grilled tomato slices

2 - slices Swiss cheese

2 - pieces of bacon

Toast your ciabatta on the grill with caesar dressing on.

Lightly garnish your arugula with caesar and add to the bottom bun. Grill and season your tomatoes then add ontop of arugula along with your avocado.

Cook your chicken breast on the grill and once cooked through, top with 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices of swiss then melt. Add to sandwich, then add lid and knife through the top to finish.
