BUFFALO LOADED FRIES
12oz - Fries
1 - sliced buttermilk crispy chicken thigh tossed in buffalo sauce
2oz - Blue Cheese Dressing
1 TBL - green onion
Place fries into round bowl.
Fry the chicken thigh and toss in Buffalo sauce.
Slice into 5/6 strips and layer on top of fries.
Add some more sauce from the bowl to cover the fries.
Top with blue cheese
From the edge of the bowl, top with blue cheese
Make sure to cover the fries and not just the chicken.
Finish with green onion
