BUFFALO LOADED FRIES

12oz - Fries

1 - sliced buttermilk crispy chicken thigh tossed in buffalo sauce

2oz - Blue Cheese Dressing

1 TBL - green onion

Place fries into round bowl. ​

Fry the chicken thigh and toss in Buffalo sauce. ​

Slice into 5/6 strips and layer on top of fries. ​

Add some more sauce from the bowl to cover the fries. ​

Top with blue cheese​

From the edge of the bowl, top with blue cheese​

Make sure to cover the fries and not just the chicken. ​

Finish with green onion
