ONION RINGS
For the onion ring batter:
Mix beer and GF flour together until right consistency is achieved - see video
Season with:
1TBL - Baking Powder
1TBL - Cider Vinegar
1 pinch - Kosher Salt
Cut onions into 1/2inch rings and pop out the smaller inner rings. Keep aside the larger rings, coat in your batter and blanch in fryer ready for reheating during service
