AMERICAN BREAKFAST
1 x smoked slaska sausage, scored
2 x rashers streaky bacon
100g potato & buttered onion hash (see recipes)
20g hollandaise
2g chopped parsley
2 x halves roast tomato
1 x buttermilk pancake
2 x fried egg
Cook all products to 75 degrees for at least 30 seconds.
Use a chefs ring to fry the eggs.
Garnish with microgreens and serve as pictured on a brunch plate.
