CHICKEN & WAFFLES
2 buttermilk crispy chicken thighs
1 buttermilk waffle, cut into 4
60g frank’s red hot sauce 60g whipped maple butter (see recipes)
Cook waffle in waffle iron. Cook chicken as normal.
Stack the chicken on top of the waffle and garnish with spring onion.
Serve as pictured, with a ramekin of frank’s and a ramekin of whipped maple butter on the side.
