FULL BREAKFAST

2 x pork sausage
2 x rashers streaky bacon
1 x slice black pudding
Beans (see recipes)
2 x halves roast tomato
1 x fried egg
3 x chestnut mushroom
2 x slices fried sourdough
1 x sourdough toast slice - cut in half

sprinkle of micro greens


Cook all products to 75 degrees for at least 30 seconds.
Use a chefs ring to fry the egg.
Serve as pictured on a brunch plate.
