KOREAN BACON SANDWICH
2 x Bao buns
2 x rashers Gochujang fried bacon
2 x slices wafer thin ham
1 x shredded chilli omelette
Spring onion chutney
Sriracha mayo
2g micro greens
2g coriander leaves
Steam bao buns using the steamer basket over a pan of simmering water.
First add the spring onion chutney, then ham, then omelette, then crispy gochujang bacon.
Garnish with sriracha mayo, coriander and micro greens.
Serve as pictured.
Bao buns well steamed and fluffy, omelette warm, fresh
garnishes. Served in a lined mess tin.
