OVERNIGHT OATS
For 1 portion:
50g oats
2g chai spices
½ banana
10g cocoa powder
150g vanilla almond milk
10g chia seeds
20g maple syrup
30g chunky almond butter
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Ensure the banana is fully mashed.
Store in sealed jars overnight.
To serve, open the jar, add 30g of almond butter, berries and mint, and serve as pictured.
