VEGAN BREAKFAST


1 x ToS seitan fillet
100g smashed avocado
3 x padron pepper
2 x hash brown
120g beans
3 x chestnut mushroom
2 x halves roast tomato
2 x slices fried sourdough


Cook all products to 75 degrees for at least 30
seconds.
Garnish with microgreens and serve as pictured on brunch plate.
