HALLOUMI

1 x sourdough pizza base

60g pizza sauce

60g mozzarella

30g red pepper, thinly sliced

30g aubergine, thinly sliced into discs

40g sliced halloumi cheese

Garnish:

10g balsamic glaze

2g basil

Stretch out your pizza base as normal. Top with sauce, cheese, aubergine, pepper and halloumi, ensuring all ingredients are evenly spread. When the pizza is cooked remove from the oven and garnish with balsamic & basil.
