CHICKEN & WAFFLES

1 waffle quartered (260ml waffle mix)

30ml hot sauce

30ml maple syrup

2 fried thighs

3g slice spring onion garnish

Ensure waffle maker is on and hot. Spray with oil and put inside 260ml of waffle mix. Close and turn until it has finished cooking.

Arrange the waffle pieces on the plate. Place fried chicken on top. Garnish with ramekins of each sauce and slice spring onion.
