UK SALAMI ORIGAMI

1 x sourdough pizza base

60g pizza sauce

60g mozzarella

30g ventricina salami

30g sweetcorn

Garnish:

5ml oil

5g torn basil leaves

Stretch out your pizza base as normal. Top with sauce, cheese, salami and sweetcorn, ensuring all ingredients are evenly spread. When the pizza is cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with oil and basil (around 5 large leaves) roughly torn in your hands and spread across the pizza.
