FRENCH TOAST BRANDY BATTER

  • Heavy Cream – 2 quarts 

  • Egg Mix – 2 quarts 

  • Brandy – 1 cup 

  • Nutmeg - 1 tsp 

  • Cinnamon ground – 2 tbl 

  • Powder Sugar – 1 cup

Place all the ingredients, in a suitable container, using a berg mixer incorporate all the ingredients.
