Heavy Cream – 2 quarts
Egg Mix – 2 quarts
Brandy – 1 cup
Nutmeg - 1 tsp
Cinnamon ground – 2 tbl
Powder Sugar – 1 cup
Place all the ingredients, in a suitable container, using a berg mixer incorporate all the ingredients.
