48 ea Tomatillos​ (or 1 #10 can)

8 ea Jalapeno​

16 avocado​

2 bunch Chopped cilantro​

8 cloves Minced Garlic​

2 C Lime Juice​

6 TBL Salt & Pepper

Remove husks from tomatillos, seed and rough chop jalapenos and avocado.

Place in food processor and pulse​

Add chopped cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt & pepper and pulse until creamy
