48 ea Tomatillos (or 1 #10 can)
8 ea Jalapeno
16 avocado
2 bunch Chopped cilantro
8 cloves Minced Garlic
2 C Lime Juice
6 TBL Salt & Pepper

Remove husks from tomatillos, seed and rough chop jalapenos and avocado.
Place in food processor and pulse
Add chopped cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt & pepper and pulse until creamy
