HOUSE BURGER SAUCE
1 gallon - ketchup
1 gallon - vegan mayo
1 gallon - yellow mustard
2 lbs - white onion
4 bunches - green onion
¼ C - oil
4 C - sundried tomato
2 C - minced garlic cloves
1 TBL - salt
Finely dice onion and fry in pan with butter. Chop sundried tomato and spring onion. Add ketchup, mustard, mayo, minced garlic & salt. Mix well until fully combined.
