PIZZA SAUCE

1 pint EVOO

1 quart Garlic Cloves

3 cans Marinara

3 cans pizza sauce

½ fresh basil

½ Cup Dried Oregano

1 TBL Crushed Red Pepper

1TBL - salt & pepper

Heat EVOO and Garlic in sauce pan until garlic is roasted and golden brown Add Marinara and pizza sauce together in a 22-quart Cambro Destem basil and add to sauce mixture, also adding oregano, crushed red pepper and S&P Add garlic and EVOO Blend with immersion blender
