VEGAN SPICEY MEATY

1 x sourdough pizza base

60g pizza sauce

60g vegan mozzarella

30g temple of seitan strips, shaved using a speed peeler

50g wild mushrooms (see batch recipe)

10g fresh red chilli

1g chilli flakes

Garnish:

5ml oil

2g basil

Stretch out your pizza base as normal. Top with sauce, vegan mozzarella, mushrooms, seitan, chilli flakes and fresh red chilli, ensuring all ingredients are evenly spread. When the pizza is cooked remove from the oven and garnish with basil & oil.
