ROASTED GARLIC STEAK BUTTER

5 Lb – Softened (Room Temp) Unsalted Butter
½ CUP – Fine Chopped Chives
¼ CUP – Fine Chopped Rosemary
¼ CUP – Shallots Minced
¼ CUP – Fresh Lemon Juice
2 TBL – Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBL – Sea Salt
2 TBL – Black Pepper
1 TBL – Tabasco
2 Lbs of Roasted Garlic Puree
Combine all the ingredients and ensure that are well incorporated.
Using plastic wrap, place 1 lb of the butter mix and make an 8” roll.
