VANILLA BUTTER

YIELD 4.5 LB     SHELF LIFE 30 DAYS

4 LB – Unsalted Butter

¾ CUP – Vanilla Bean Paste

Ensure the butter gets warm at room temperature, cut the butter into small cubes, and place them into a stainless-steel mixing bowl. 
Mix the soft butter with a wire whip to ensure it is completely smooth.
Add the vanilla bean paste. Combine to fully incorporated.

NOTE: Placed 1 lb. worth into plastic wrap and make an even cylinder.
