WHITE SAUCE

YIELD 3 ½ QUARTS    SHELF LIFE  6 DAYS

2 QT – Bechamel Sauce

4 EA – Boursin Cheese Blocks

2 TBL – Sea Salt

Using a stainless-steel mixing bowl add the bechamel and stir with a wire whip to make the bechamel smooth and not lumpy. 
Add the Boursin cheese and salt and combined until fully incorporated and the mixture has a smooth consistency.
